For online purchases
- You may request an exchange for a faulty item, unfitted sizing or wrongly delivered item.
- All returned item(s) and exchanges may take about 2-3 working days to inspect and process. Once the exchange request is valid, we will proceed to dispatch the new item(s) to you with our standard delivery.
- All shipping/delivery fees are covered by you.
For stockist purchases
- We only accept an exchange for unfitted sizing only.
- We strongly suggest you to check all item(s) at the counter before making a payment.
- You can only request an exchange of your item(s) from the origin stockist.
