  • You may request an exchange for a faulty item, unfitted sizing or wrongly delivered item.
  • All returned item(s) and exchanges may take about 2-3 working days to inspect and process. Once the exchange request is valid, we will proceed to dispatch the new item(s) to you with our standard delivery.
  • All shipping/delivery fees are covered by you.

For stockist purchases

  • We only accept an exchange for unfitted sizing only.
  • We strongly suggest you to check all item(s) at the counter before making a payment.
  • You can only request an exchange of your item(s) from the origin stockist.
